Deposit & Fees:

50% Deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival including taxes.

Rate does not include the $18/day management fee that covers meeting at the airport (for keys and directions), linens and departure cleaning. This fee will be added on the final invoice.

Rate does not include the Bonaire Tourist Tax at $75 per person (over age 13) which must be paid directly to Bonaire (either on line or at the airport)

Owners Cancellation Policy for Short Term Rentals:

0% refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival date.

50% refund of deposit if canceled between 60-90 days prior to arrival date.

100% refund of deposit if canceled greater than 90 days prior to arrival date.

In the event of a cancellation, the owners are willing to reschedule the visit without loss of deposit.

Cancellation Policy for long term rentals 0% if cancelled less than 120 days prior to arrival.
