Deposit & Fees:

50% Deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival including taxes.

Rate does not include the $125 departure cleaning fee and the $25  booking fee that covers meeting at the airport (for keys and directions). These fees will be added on the final invoice.

Rate does not include the Bonaire Tourist Tax at $75 per person (over age 13) which must be paid directly to Bonaire (either on line or at the airport)

Owners Cancellation Policy for Short Term Rentals:

100% refund if canceled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

In the event of a cancellation, the owners are willing to reschedule the visit without loss of deposit.

Cancellation Policy for long term rentals 0% if cancelled less than 120 days prior to arrival.
