This picture shows the happy face of a new 11 year old PADI certified scuba diver. He received his training in June 2017 at Wannadive dive shop in Bonaire. At his age, he is limited to a depth of 40 ft (12 m) which is more than enough to see neat stuff on the reef.

This picture was taken at the 1000 Steps dive site. We often see multiple turtles feeding in the shallows on the south end of the dive site amongst the staghorn coral. (pic by Kathy)

Cliff jumping at Slagbaai is becoming a popular practice when touring Washington Slagbaai park. When standing on the cliff looking down, it looks a mile high. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to build courage before the leap. (pic by gregg)

There are some terrific restaurants in Bonaire. This was the special menu at El Mundo's for the night. Iguana soup tastes like chicken soup. Try it! (pic by gregg)
